The Perfect Strata Management Company

I am also a great believer in the time savings, Go Green and money savings inherent in using the internet versus driving whenever possible.
So tell me, Oh Great Condo Strata Bwanas, what you would like to see a perfect Strata Management give you in services.
Perhaps an option of an inexpensive oversite management of a partly self managed or Self Serve Strata Corporation?
Or have you any possible improvements to suggest for a Full Serve or traditional Strata Management company.
And costs? What about them? Are they about right? Too high? Too low?
This will also benefit myself as I study whether this is a market that needs more and better service or is well served at present management levels and prices.
I will give you my thoughts for what they are worth,
In looking for a Strata Management company, the Strata I now live in received four of five different estimates and what services they offered.
Most of the services seemed to be standard but the prices were not. Prices ranged from $3000 a year to over $10,000.
Seeing that we live in a small Strata, we went with the least cost and got the same service as the high priced Management company. (they were all told how many units when asked for costs)
My suggestion is this, if you set up your management company, instead of going with one price fit all, I suggest that you go per unit price. Example $? a month per unit up to a max price of (what ever you want) for the whole strata if it is a large one.
This way the smaller units get to have more competition and choices offered to them.
By the way we are a partly managed strata. Seems to work best in my opinion.
