I've been living in the same unit in Coquitlam for over 5 years now and I've been to a couple of AGM's.

In all that time, I've never liked our Strata Council because a). It's run like a dictatorship and b). the members are so out of touch with reality about what the unit owners actually want.

For instance, we've been asking for better garbage removal for the last 3 years and nothing has happened. And that's just the tip of the iceberg.
