Presenting Notice of Motion
Talkstrata » Forums » Strata Corporations » Self-Managed StrataIf your notice has 25% of the owner's signatures, there is no need for a second. Just be sure that all of the 25% are current with their Strata fees.
On a side note. At a recent General Meeting for my Strata I made a motion (that was seconded) and our current chairman disallowed a vote on the motion.
Does he have a right to do this? I felt he didnt and therfore walked out of the meeting. Not before calling the chairman, and council a bunch of fascist dictators.
