We are updating and adding to our outdated bylaws for the next AGM. Our property manager recommends including a clause that allows 15 days ‘grace’ for owners to pay monthly strata fees because general practice among stratas is to allow 10 or 15 days to pay. Is this the case, and what is the outcome? Do people nevertheless pay on time or do they just delay it for a week or two?
