It was noticed during the recent installation of the strobe lights that some suites have either had locks changed or double locks istalled. while personal security is certainly a
valid consideration, it is also important that in emergency situations, access to your suite can be made by authorized persons. Your Strata Council assures you that use of the Master Key is well protected against misuse. In the case of a deemed emergency during which the Master key has to be used, there will always be two people (at least one Council member) present.

In the case of a serious event, such as fire involving your suite, the fire fighters will use whatever force is necessary to gain access to your suite if the Master Key won't work and you may be left with an expensive repair job to deal with.

If you choose to change your locks, your Strata Council recommends that you engage Accent Glass and Lock to do the work and request that it be "keyed to the Master Key"
