Easements
Talkstrata » Forums » General Strata Q & AWe have an easement registered allowing access to a land locked property. The easement was made by the developer to construct a phase to complete the total project. The developer went bankrupt and the phase never got built. 10 years later we now have a new "player" who owns the property and is demanding use of our common property, use of the easement, and right of access but is not a member of the strata nor has ever contributed to the maintainence of the easement. What are our rights?? and who do we go to.
