changes to stratt lot and permission

Please post any experiences regarding requests for changes to strata lot and the permission process. Our strata requires 75% approval for resolutions but it seems that our by-laws use the "reasonable" language for changes and not a 75% vote.

Any experiences out there?

Has the strata council refused permission to alter your lot already? What stage are you in the process?
